TFLearn Installation
To install TFLearn, the easiest way is to run one of the following options.
For the bleeding edge version:
pip install git+https://github.com/tflearn/tflearn.git
For the latest stable version:
pip install tflearn
You can also install from source by running this command (from source folder):
python setup.py install
Upgrade Tensorflow
If your version of Tensorflow is too old (under 1.0), you may need to upgrade Tensorflow to avoid some incompatibilities with TFLearn.
To upgrade Tensorflow, you first need to uninstall Tensorflow and Protobuf:
pip uninstall protobuf
pip uninstall tensorflow
Then you can re-install Tensorflow. Select the correct binary to install (according to your system):
# Ubuntu/Linux 64-bit, CPU only, Python 2.7
$ export TF_BINARY_URL=https://storage.googleapis.com/tensorflow/linux/cpu/tensorflow-1.1.0-cp27-none-linux_x86_64.whl
